陳勛
個人簡介
陳勛，博士，中國科沐鸣2上海免疫與感染研究所研究員👩🦲。2014年於華中農業大學獲得博士學位🏋🏼♂️，2014年至2019年於美國佛蒙特大學醫沐鸣2進行博士後研究🤹🏼♂️，2020年-2024年於日本京都大學醫學部先後任特任研究員和助理教授職位。目前在Cell Genomics，Genome Research等國際知名雜誌上發表論文20余篇，其中9篇唯一一作。主持過日本學術振興會基金等項目。
研究方向
1. 病毒組🧙🏻♀️、致癌病毒及其治病機理
2. 內源性逆轉錄病毒和相關鋅指蛋白在免疫應答中的作用和機製
3. 免疫系統進化🧜🏿♀️，個體免疫差異和免疫力定量
4. 腫瘤💢🧚🏿♂️、病原體感染和免疫疾病的多組學研究
